Historical note of the day:
Yesterday marked 90 years since the coup d'état that led to the Spanish Civil War... I curse all those who dragged us into that shit—on both sides—that we still haven't managed to escape.
But one thing is clear to me: my grandmother (born in Argentina, though she lived her whole life in the Basque Country) always said, that life was best during the Republic, before Spanish National-Catholicism came along and fucked everything up.
A shout-out to all the bastards who lined their pockets thanks to our misery!
