It looks like Labour could pull a similar trick as the Liberals did in Canada, preempting a conservative challenge by swapping out their own unpopular leader (assuming he can win the election today). This is what Democrats should have had the willingness to do faster back in 2024, but easier in a parliamentary system obviously
