    Dis: awesome, deliciously smooth and homogeneous, delectably tampered-with, containing sugar, probably nutritiously less than ideal, which is a problem because you eat it with a spoon instead of on bread:

    Dat: awful, hard, slightly bitter, ruins bread when trying to spread it, has frustrating layer of oil that has to be stirred back in which is difficult because of the hard texture, probably good for you because organic and unprocessed:
