    • Look into pan mucosal sinus disease. I couldn’t figure out what was going on for years. Got a ct and now I’m getting my sinuses opens up and cleaned out.thumb_screws
    • I had those same symptoms. How are your sinuses when you fly?thumb_screws
    • @thumb_screws fine, no problems there :)jagara
    • Some talk about "spring asthemia" and "non allergic rhinitis". Ugh, ffsjagara
    • (could be those, they are just a more nebulous condition)jagara
    • I use an AI hack:
      1) tell it your symptoms. it will tell you what it could be and will start to propose doctors and special tests and blablabla.
      uan
    • 2) tell it to stop searching for what it could be and causing fear.
      3) tell it to act as a spiritual leader like sadhguru and give you an answer.
      uan
    • 4) follow the instructions. in most cases it's focus your awareness and heal it yourself.uan
    • holy shit we’re at the stage of asking ai for spiritual healing?monospaced

    • Why not ask a real doctor?
      ********
    • I used to get a lot more when I was eating garbage food especially MSG stuff... But the culprit was low pressure systems swooping in fast after nice weatherprophetone
    • For me, I don’t need as much garbage food anymore, No breakfast or lunch, One coffee tops, As minimal sugar as possibleprophetone
    • When it was bad, it was always the beginning of fall and the beginning of spring when the weather would shift dramatically from one day to anotherprophetone
    • High pressure/low pressure swings that are fast, And I could feel it coming the day before always, like it’s nice outside, I start getting an ocular migraineprophetone
    • Then the next morning, waking up to low line, fog or cloud or a dark cloud and rain system barreling downprophetone
    • Also a long time ago, my doctor asked if I was eating MSG and I was eating that kind of takeout at least twice a week or more, it builds upprophetone
    • Not fun!prophetone
    • I call it “barometerhead”prophetone
    • @grafician I went to my doctor, got referred to a allergy specialist, got tested. Real enough? :)jagara
    • @prophetone the MSG myth has been debunke long ago. It's completely inert. Look up "chinese restaurant syndrome: https://www.bbc.com/…jagara
    • There's naturally occurring monosodium glutamate in breastmilk :)jagara
    • https://www.e-lactat…jagara
    • MSG thing not a myth if I eat it esp a lot in liquid form, boom ocular migraine within a mins, so BBC is whateverprophetone
    • My own doc was the one who asked me how much of it I consumed, pointed out as possible trigger (for me)prophetone
    • So might be, you know, an allergyprophetone
    • Okay, you might have an allergy.jagara
