Hopefully you are enjoying your trip... I've only done Copenhagen once during winter... I usually go in summer... Few obsservations... You will be shocked how quickly it gets dark. Also cute trendy shops close early as a result. Amalienborg while touristy should be interesting even with the cold because Den Kongelige Livgarde stil have to do their ceremonies. From Amalienborg you can stroll down Bredgade to Nyhavn then go up ot Kongens Nytorv to Stroget. or you can opt to do the Amaliehavn garden route through to Nyhavn which takes you along side the pier passed the playhouse. Or you can opt for the Carlsberg District (Carlsberg Byen) which is sort of getting transformed under some sort of Danish renewal project into a trendy hangout instead of old factory area. while there you can do the instagram thing and take a picture of the elephant gates. All in all take pictures very instagrammable city.

    • wait this was bumped from 20 years ago? sheezus. well my tips still apply i do prefer summer.jonny_quest_lives
