    You know that grafician trolls nearly everyone and everything, stalks users, identifies them by first name/last name, is antagonistic and has earned up to 60 upvotes on a post explaining his negative impact on the site, AND has a thread 9 pages deep of members showing their disdain for him...

    It begs the question why is he not permanently banned from the site?
