i would reccomend putting together a database driven site as well. there are tons of good books on flash, php, xml and sql.
charge them extra for the time it takes you to learn it. and it will ultimately be invaluable for you when looking for future clients.
for people designing sites in flash, i would think that being able to build a dynamically structured site should be a necessary skill.
