Hey this is gonna sound wierd but my little brother is a drill instructor in the marine corp, and this is the advice he gave me for sustaining long periods without sleep, but it woreks with out fail.
1. Drink A LOT of water.
2.Take a shower, and shave, put on a change of clothes, it helps your mental, emotional state.
3.NO SUGAR
4.from 6pm-11pm lay off the caffiene, then hit it hard after 11, and it will do its job
5. eat continuosly, fruit, vegetables, not junk foodIf you do this you'll swing it and you'll be more alert thatn you really thight possible, the big things though is drink a lot of water and don't eat any sugar, no soda or nothin...have fun
