    Today we're having leftovers: lamb sausage and breaded fish from yesterday (quite a mix!) with... a great white wine made from Garnacha grapes, which was also leftover from yesterday.

    Nothing amazing, but the glass of wine was exceptional.

    A quick nap and then back to work.

    • the cassoulet was ok, tho we felt it was inferior to a fabada asturiana. next time i make a fabada i'm going to steal the breadcrumb topping ideahans_glib
    • Yes! Fabada is ideal for winter, although for us, the king of stews (along with chickpeas and lentils) is black beans with cabbage and blood sausage.OBBTKN
    • But it's not recommended for lunch, if you're going to continue working in the afternoon... unless you're going to cut down a dozen of trees;)OBBTKN
