Damn, this is brutal! I just can't accept this
Can we do something for our brother bees?
Maybe create a sanctuary for them to survive?

"Male drone bees' only purpose is to mate with a queen, and they spend their short lives waiting for a queen to fly by in designated mating areas.

When a drone mates, its endophallus is ripped from its body, causing a fatal injury. The drone dies shortly after, while the queen stores his sperm for future use.

If a drone does not mate, it is cast out of the hive by the worker bees when resources become scarce, typically in the late summer or fall.

Drones are not equipped to forage or feed themselves, so being expelled from the hive is a death sentence.

They are entirely reliant on the worker bees, who provide them with food, but will not support them once they are no longer needed."
