Keyboard, I've been using a Nuphy Air 75, low-profile mechanical, for the last 3 years or so. Very happy with it!

For a mouse, I've been using a Logitech Ergo Pro trackball for the last 7 or 8 years. It's amazing, and my wrist feels great. Takes some getting used to, but I can't go back to a mouse now!
