- then right click desktop
- properties
- desktop
- customize dsktp
- web
- new
- find file
- ok, and then close all windows
- it should come up on the desktop, resize the window to be correct size
- reopen properties/custom/web and click lock desktop itemsi am on xp, hope this works.
