Struggling at work atm. The problem is the growing feeling that my nearest boss seems to dislike all design suggestions I make.
If he asks for feedback on a design it gets disregarded too, even if it turns out months later he comes to the same conclusion. At one point our art director was very adamant that I should be the one doing a specific task and only then did my boss conceded.
Worst part is I don't know why this shift occurred, or how to rectify it. We've worked well together for numerous years, but when I've mentioned it to him and he just said it isn't so, even when I point to numerous examples of it.
Part of me thinks its a sign to start polishing up the old portfolio and start looking for other pastures.
