  Imagine, if you will, a scenario where one of our 79-year-old parents decides to employ a decorator for the sole purpose of spray painting various decorations gold and then affixing them to nearly every available surface of a house. A house, I might add, that they do not own. In such a situation, I believe we would see the necessity for an intervention, recognizing the actions as potentially problematic and not in the best interest of our loved one or the property involved.
