How complicated do you want to get? you can MAKE YOUR OWN.
here in the US we have the NOAA NWS (National Weather Service) On there site, you can find info about downloading RAW weather data for the entire US. you can then parse through it and create your own weather program from that.
This is much better then sticking someone else crap on your site.
I would also have to believe something like this exists in the UK
