  • I'll probably buy Topaz eventually but would prefer subscription or pay as you go service if possible.yuekit
  • same, i've found upscaling frame-by-frame with Real-ESRGAN works well but not sure its Topaz quality...kingsteven
  • Shutter Encoder (free video encoder on PC) has it built in (if you have a decent graphics card) but should be easy to do on Apple tookingsteven
