These past few months, I've discovered what it's like to live with pain (I've been dealing with shoulder tendonitis for months and a severe crash to my ribs a month ago), and I think I know what aging is, and I'm not enjoying it!!

And the lack of sun and the eternal humidity of my country aren't helping matters.

Time to think of an escape plan to the south?

    • bummer dude. i dislocated my shoulder a few years ago and know only too well how good the shoulder is at distributing pain around the body.hans_glib
    • Ouch Hans, get well yo... and yes, I have a doctor's appointment today and we'll see if we can resolve this. I don't sleep well even on my back, argh!!OBBTKN
    • exercises are the key to recovery, for the shoulder anyway. resting your arm on a firm pillow to support the damaged shoulder helps sleep a bit.hans_glib
    • ribs i guess heal with time?hans_glib
