    Meanwhile in France: „French President Emmanuel Macron noted on Tuesday that the Ukrainians had the "lucidity to say" that they would not be able to take back all their territories at the end of the conflict with Russia, noting that Kiev would not join NATO for lack of consensus on the subject. "The war must end, and Ukraine must be in the best possible position to enter into negotiations", which "will make it possible to deal with territorial issues", declared the head of state.
