    I gave a "million dollar IT firm" a discount on a strategy project, and at the end she tried to say the brief wasn't tied up... and asked for more money off. This was the response that got them to pay.

    "If you need the money, that’s one thing, if you’re going to play like it’s because of me, then that’s another thing. My deliverable is strong, please see my email."
