Albums I have picked up in the last few weeks, most from one seller at a car boot who was knocking them out at £2 each.
An old Man album might not normally be something I might get excited about, but I LOVE the fold-out poster sleeve of Wales inside the gate-fold, I just need to find a nice frame now.
Pleased to find this US copy of the 4th KC album, I have a few albums by him and this one turned out to be really good, it also features guitars by soon to be a Police man Andy Summers.
I have to admit I knew very little about this guy until I dug deeper into his story and like, WOW... If you don't know it, please search it out.
A tenner seemed reasonable for this original UK Vertigo, it was in VG+ nick and is an odd one fersure.
An Bollywood soundtrack for the 1979 movie Sweet Memories festooned in stickers.
1970 compilation of East African music put together by ethnomusicologist Jean Jenkins.I rarely come across any albums by Alton Ellis but this one from 1984 appears to be signed, twice!
Another album I picked up with no knowledge of, but it wasn't until I got home I realised it had a different record inside. I got quite chatty with the guy who sold it, about radio and African music and we've since been in touch so fingers x I'll be able to pair them up properly sometime in the future.
Sweet mid 60's Brazilian Jazz.
