A close friend's marketing materials and website are seriously the worst I've seen.
The website is a basic template but then he changed the font and added a background and the navigation doesn't make sense, and it doesn't work on mobile. I don't know how that's even possible in this time.
And then the marketing materials are mostly Arial or a random Script, and the line breaks are bad and each one has a different alignment, even though he's trying to be consistent.
It annoys me so much because I want the business to succeed.
I've tried to help, I've even offered to do things for free.
But he's terrible at taking feedback and always just does it.
