Lawsuit claims that “Tesla Inc. employs an odometer system that utilizes predictive algorithms, energy consumption metrics, and driver behavior multipliers that manipulate and misrepresent the actual mileage traveled by Tesla vehicles,”
Thereby allowing Tesla to dodge repair responsibilities tied to warranties. A drive that would normally 20 miles is sudden 72.35 miles, making warranty expire much sooner than it should.
Then after the warranty expired, the odometer dropped to normal...
