Had a biopsy yesterday and should get results within 10 days. It's likely to be basal cell carcinoma, but there's another condition that can look just like that.
The dermatologist said that based on the position (it's basically in the fold between my left nostril and the regular skin of my face beside it) surgery wouldn't require too many stitches and the incision would be minimal. That really made me feel better because I've seen some insane incisions to pull skin tighter for even a small bit of skin cancer.
Glad I got the biopsy done and eager to hear the results.
