Get some of those old Popeye cigarettes...
but on a serious note I think they have things in the drugstore that are like replacement cigarettes, so you actually feel like you're puffing something, it's like the patch, but you're not breathing smoke. it'll eventually ween you off of the "NEED TO PUFF" craving, and then you can just switch to Dentyne :P
