yesterday i had one and today i had one..
can't quit yet, but it's a start.
smoking dries out the skin, makes it look bleached, your clothes and hair will smell bad, and even ones libido can diminish!
only for those reasons I have motivation to smoke less...
the nonly oned p[rbnelm i encoutner is thwat fer som3e reason my typing getsw a bit wosre...
but i';l mangage thaty in the end as wlel!
but i eat like a mofo now.. or better.. snack like a mofo.
