  You have to wonder what good it did to have this one family control the series for so long. I'm a fan of the early films but there are more bad James Bond movies than good ones over the past few decades.

  The Pierce Brosnan ones were dire and even the Daniel Craig films that were supposed to revive the franchise quickly went downhill.
