Remember when it was cool just to work a normal job, and be paid fairly, and then you'd be able to buy a house?
These days, you basically either work harder than everyone else and get lucky, are born into wealth, or you're working a salaried job and still living paycheck to paycheck.

- A lot of people are poor because they have $800+ car payments and/or buy things on credit********
- People get into debt early, with absolutely no idea how even 10%-15% APR will be impossible to dig out of without a windfall of money.********
- Most credit cards are 30% interest. Absolutely INSANE behavior to owe that kind of money.********
- Also, homeowners who only own the home they live in believe the scam that housing prices going up is making them richer somehow.********
- So many of Americans’ problems start with the problem that they don’t understand money, compound interest, or personal finance.********
