  This is wild, we apparently didn't learn this past couple months?

  Put a pin in this come Summer when there's no water for crops that aren't being picked surrounded by fires that can't be put out because apparently it was a good idea to empty massive water reserves to nil during wintertime.

  When there is 'suddenly' another water shortage crisis, fingers be pointing down to local mayors, municipalities claiming it's due to their local mismanagement, even though they have no control over the decision.
