    Does anyone think tariffs would hurt Mexican cartels in any way? I can’t see a connection? Unless you think this will incentivize the government of Mexico to destroy the cartels, which I think they’ve already been trying to do, no? I don’t know much about it but if I ran a drug cartel I certainly wouldn’t be afraid of government tariffs.
