Tokyo's Masterplan
Tokyo's plan to save the city from Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Volcanos, Tsunami's. Part of the plan is to take down the wood-built homes and replace them with concrete earthquake-proof structures.

- My point being, tokyo doing ALL they can to protect the city. These HUGE projects.
