about six months ago i ordered a 5.1 Sony speaker system from amazon worth £200. i got a confirmation email, the money was taken from my account, and the box was delivered with an invoice saying that it was a 5.1 Sony speaker system costing £200. when i opened it it was a Sony 5.1 DVD Player and Surround Sound system worth £550. i sold it on ebay for £500 (i had a DVD player and amp), and re-ordered my speakers system from amazon for £200.
maybe f#ck ups like that is the reason why they have only just made a profit.
