Watching our 14 year old woofer go from perfectly normal to 95% blind and almost 100% deaf in the space of 12 months has been pretty heartbreaking. Still seems happy and healthy, but he just can't do most things he used to love doing.
But making sure he's still comfortable and enjoying life despite his challenges is a privilege...he's such a good boy.
Hopefully he can make another Christmas or two.
