My wife's cousin died last week...49 years old.
Quite sad...but fuck me...I hadn't seen her for probably 10 years...during and post the pandemic she fled down the rabbit hole of batshit craziness. Started posting all this garbage antivax and conspiracy rubbish...non stop. I unfriended her when she started posting 50+ posts and links each day. Just fucken crazy stuff.
She was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago...and of course she refused any type of mainstream treatment. The cancer took hold quickly and despite the fact she has 2 teenage kids, continued to refuse any type of treatment.
The last month when she was in hospice, she refused any food except bone broth. If anyone in Australia knows Pete Evans...former celebrity chef and now anti vax and conspiracy crusader, bone broth was his recommendation if you were sick.
Anyway...surprise surprise none of this shit worked...and now she's dead...leaving 2 young kids behind.
At her funeral, the coffin was draped in the Australian Red Ensign...which has been co-opted since the pandemic by conspiracy theorist anti vax fuckwits....I realy wanted to walk out...the crazy was out in force.
Totally fucked up.
