    im gear lusting.. after upgrading pretty much my entire right, new computer, new interface, new monitor switch, power conditioner..

    the last piece of that puzzle is some new monitors..
    had the same Yamaha HS80's since 2010 and they are fine, but i know they arent telling me everything..

    currently drooling over the Barefoot Footprint 03 ..
    Or a pair of Genelecs.. but i have a single Genelec 8040a as a Alternate monitor on my switch so was hoping to diversify..

    dont suppose any of you have barefoots?

    • I’m not looking for power but clarity. If I need it loud I just switch to my Yamaha DXR 15Mk2 PA speaker. I want better mixes not hearing problemsautoflavour
    • Three way monitors with 6 inch for under $3500.. best in class .. shame I’m like $1700 short currentlyautoflavour
