Also working on some chashu, heres the marinaded version (if i've figured out images)
Also doing some "boil in soup" style from ramen lord. I dont expect them to be as good, but will help the soup.
- I've yet to try that style, but I'm kind of with you, I wonder if the result chashu would be a bit bland.
