  I saw someone make a good point on Twitter this morning. Republicans love to rail against DEI and claim it encourages the hiring of unqualified people simply because they're a minority.

  Yet here's Trump picking almost an entire stable of white people for his cabinet, several of them entirely unqualified for the positions he's naming them for.

  So what do you call the almost exclusive hiring of unqualified people simply because they're white?
