Epic are giving away pretty much all of the Quixel megascan catalogue for free. Claim before the end of 2024 - but use your Epic account rather than any Unreal Engine one - there might be some (potential) licensing issues later on if you redeem them with a UE account only and if you want to use the files in other programs like 3ds or Blender.
