if youre just using short samples, open your wav in recycle, slice it up, save it as a rex file and bring it into reason using dr. rex loop player, if its a whole song, then you cant use reason for that, you will have to first open a multitrack editor that has the reason rewired feature, lay your vocal track there, and run it together, syncronized with reason.
you can do it using something like cubase, acid, logic, etc.
acid is the easiest of them, so you can start with it.
