this sucks tho.. a friend of mine who is the director of Shine Mural festival which was meant to start tomorrow in St Pete has had to evacuate a bunch of the artists who had just arrived..
St Petersberg is directly infront of Tampa so will get smashed, which sucks, its such a lovely little part of the world
- like sucks for everyone obviously, but you work an entire year to organise a mural festival and then the day before it starts, you get a hurricane.autoflavour
- to be fair, when we were there in 2022 for Shine Hurricane Ian was just about to smash Tampa pretty much a week before, and then diverted last minuteautoflavour
- kind of glad the talk of us revisiting Shine this year fell off tho.. would not want to be there nowautoflavour
- Yeah that sucks, so much organising and stress. :-(PhanLo
