    Installing / upgrading from Win 10 to Win 11 on unsupported hardware is completely painless. I just upgraded my old Frankenstein of a homebuild (exclusively used as a media computer for entertainment and very light games).

    Motherboard / processor from 2008, GPU from 2014. 4 GB of RAM. A pensioner. Yet it runs smooth on Win 11, can you believe it :D

    Here's the hack (barely a hack).

    • This thing has been through Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 and now Windows 11 :Djagara
    • However, this was just an experiment. Windows 10 is supported until november 2025, and there is no real reason to upgrade yet. I actually...jagara
