    Tried to get ready for the preorder because I do that subscription thing where you can get a new phone every year, and got denied for the citizen bank loan.

    Looked into it, hours of calls with the bank and with Apple, to only find out that when I sent my old phone for trade in back to Apple, UPS must have lost it. They're making me pay off the remainder of the loan - $565 - to get approved for the new phone upgrade.

    UPS cannot track tracking numbers older than 120 days, and this was September 30, 2023 that I mailed it back.

    So completely stupid.

    • Never ever mail in a trade in if you can help it. Most stores (ATT at least in the US) will take it in and give you a receipt.ArmandoEstrada
    • Aren't they supposed to tell you it was missing at the time? Any reasonable person would assume they received and accepted it because they hadn't said anything.comicsans
