  Bence Horváth, aka Bence Horvath, was arrested in the United States on August 23. According to the ongoing investigation he wanted to smuggle military-grade radio equipment from states to Russia,
  Horvath's mother was also involved in exporting the same radios to Russia. But the mother also did something else: she was the head of the Moscow office of the background institution of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs...

  One of the documents obtained during the investigation included a satellite image of the Kursk region along the Ukrainian border, which marked various geographic locations. The document also highlighted the types of radio repeater antennas to be placed in the area, as well as the temporarily staffed repeater and monitoring stations.
