At least I can celebrate that 30 years ago was the last time I'll ever see them, I'm assuming the ticket price will have gone up a bit...
I once won tickets in an Our Price Records competition to see a live recording of Channel 4's The White Room TV show hosted by Mark Radcliffe which was recorded before these Earls Court gigs in April '95 just as they were hitting their stride. I remember the band being pretty good and I was just a few feet from the band on full power. Other acts that day included Paul Weller & PJ Harvey and C.J. Lewis. There's great video of the band that day but I couldn't spot myself moshing!
