I've bought a pair of weights, my idea is to gain some muscle in my arms and shoulders, nothing radical... to complement cycling.

I keep my weight stable at 90/93kgs, but I need to gain muscle and spend less time sitting, do more walking and cycling and cut the drinks.

    Quitting smoking, a total success.

Let's see how everything goes during the fall and winter, laziness never helps ;)
