Pt. Mugu Air Warfare Center, just a bit up the coast from Malibu.
Seabees are stationed here. These Seabees are highly specialized underwater construction crews and receive training just further north at Port Hueneme/Ventura County.Also, Pt. Mugu Air base just happens to have a rich history of underwater military operations

- These animals aided the construction of the Sealab project since the 1960s. It is an underwater research habitat and located right off of Pt. Mugufuturefood

- Reportedly, that area I mentioned a while back that was removed from Google Earth is enforced by the coast guard. No boats can enter that area of water.futurefood
