I'm thinking Mark Kelly might be the best choice as VP. Josh Shapiro will help Harris by a few points in Pennsylvania, but Kelly can help reach independents and people who would consider voting for Trump across the country.
In spite of Trump being the candidate Republicans' strategy against Harris will probably be a traditional one of making people think she is weak and untrustworthy on security issues so it's good to have someone who adds military credibility.
