  I've got some mates in London who are reasonably well off, progressive, and always been on the side of egalitarianism (the kind of folks who've shared socialist leaning Bernie Sanders content etc).

  Anyway, they're well off enough to send their kids to private schools, and when it came out that Labor were going to add VAT to private schools, they all changed their minds about Labor and are going back to an 'on the fence' Lib Dem vote, but i wouldn't be surprised if they voted tory.

  Funny how everyone's a trendy socialist until it affects their wallet.
