    The basics:

    - Your choices in the kitchen will make you thin or fat. Weights will make you strong and toned.

    - Weight training is the most efficient exercise by far. This includes bodyweight training like pushups and squats.

    - Small, daily efforts will be more effective and better than a huge workout 1-2 times per week. You’ll notice this over a long period of time.

    - The ultimate secret to effective weight training: make light weights feel heavy. Increase weight over time (weeks) but always lift weights that you can easily lift and then do it in a way that makes it feel heavy. You’ll avoid injury and progress much faster over a period of time.

    • Oh also find a bar and do pull ups. Warm up your back and arms first so you don’t get injured. A few pull ups are VERY effectivenb
