walking down my front path yesterday in the rain and slipped the tiniest amount, like less than 10cm.. didn't fall, but twisted my torso in a way which totally fucked my back.
spent all day in bed yesterday, back at work today but still crazy sore and stiff.. sitting in a office chair isn't making it any better.

- Ah it happens dude. I was helping install cables on a job in the woods, slipped a fucker but kept my balance doing some weird splits. Also days of pain :-(PhanLo
