    Okay... it's the DAY OF... where's that notification, assholes? I've got the room cleaned out... Mom arrives in 4 days... where is her fucking mattress?!!!

    3 hours and 2 phone calls later:
    "Sir, your mattress is out of stock... we'll give you a 'free upgrade' and get a better quality mattress to you by Friday for the inconvenience."

    That seemed like a lovely deal... I then get an email describing the swapped mattress w/the upgrade. I pulled up both mattresses online... HOW THE FUCK is this an upgrade when THE PRICE IS CHEAPER?? Ohhhhh... The ORIGINAL PRICE is more expensive but now they're both on sale and my 'upgrade' happens to be a CHEAPER PRICE than what I paid for the original mattress?!! How's that work? You fuck up my delivery date and give me a mattress that is technically 'better' based on the normal price but is actually CHEAPER THAN THE FUCKING MATTRESS you can no longer deliver?? So I'm technically paying MORE... and it's late?

    Fucking hate being an adult...

    • They should refund the difference as if the order was canceled and instead you ordered the cheaper one. Which is what they did of course.monospaced
